Spent the half day to analyze NIVEA's strategy and history. Supposed to be whole day but I woke up at 12 haha lazy Jibbie :P Sine the brand has been alive until present (about 130 years) It wasn't easy to complete it but yeah half is done, The rest are competitor analysis and marketing references. Who's the main Nivea's competitor? It might be L'Oreal or Olay. Hmmm which one?
